By using the World of Kids Books website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, violate laws, or infringe intellectual property.
2. Products, Orders & Preorders
- All products are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders.
- Preorders:
- Preorder items will ship on or around the estimated release date listed.
- Release dates are subject to change.
- Preorders are charged at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal. By placing an order, you authorize the charge.
4. Shipping
- Shipping is available only within the continental United States.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Because our books are independently published and produced in limited runs:
- All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
- Customers must contact us before any return.
- To report a damaged item, email orders@worldofkidsbooks.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos.
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, normal wear, or minor cosmetic variations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, illustrations, book covers, logos, and images — is owned by World of Kids Books or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
7. User Content
If you submit reviews or feedback, you grant us permission to display or use that content for marketing purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to Site use or product purchases.
